1: Data Protection: What information do we collect?

1.1 Using FlowElf without registering a User.

FlowElf does not require you to register a user to view FlowElf published content so no personal data is collected or retained in this case.

1.2 Using FlowElf with a registered User account.

To store data you create and to collaborate with others of your choice FlowElf requires you to register a user by creating a unique User Name and Password.

1.3 Using FlowElf to Publish Content.

To publish content you create using FlowElf requires authentication using an email or contact phone number. This is required for administration of your account and will not be shared with a third party for marketing purposes within or external to FlowElf.

1.4 Password Recovery and Two Factor Authentication.

In order to avail of either of these services the User must provide a contact email or phone number


2: Cookies.

FlowElf uses cookies to keep track of user login.


3: Your Data is Private.

FlowElf will not share your data with third parties including personal data, content created by you or usage statistics.


4: FlowElf Suggestions.
-----------------------

FlowElf may from time to time provide links to suggested content which may be of interest to you. In order for this content to be relevant we may use the titles of your content as reference.


5: Deleting your FlowElf Account and Data.

5.1 If you no longer wish to be a FlowElf user, you can flag your account for deletion. There is a short period of time (14 days) where you can change your mind. After this period has expired all your data including personal information, private content and usage statistics will be deleted and can not be recovered thereafter.

5.2 If you have collaborated on content, this content will still be available to your other collaborators.


6: Security.

6.1 We are committed to taking great care of your personal information and data.

6.2 We will constantly review and update our security protection to reduce the risk of your data being viewed or used by an unauthorized party.

6.3 Your data is hosted in Google’s data centers and strictly controlled. (See the reference in section 9).


7: Updates to this Privacy Policy.

7.1 FlowElf reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.

7.2 You will be notified through FlowElf of changes to this policy and agreement will be requested.
